Eduard Croitoru

Eduard Croitoru currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Prolactal since November 2023. Prior to this role, Eduard held various positions at ICL Group from 2016 to 2023, including VP of ICL Corporate Initiatives and Director of Corporate Development and M&A. Eduard's career also includes experience as Vice President of Investment Banking at Ridgeback Capital Partners and as an Investment Banker at Barclays. Additionally, Eduard has served as a lecturer on financial subjects at several academic institutions including Ruppin Academic Center, Ono Academic College, Hebrew University, Jerusalem Academic Center - Lander Institute, and College of Law and Business from 2011 to 2013. Eduard began the professional journey at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate in Assurance Services. Eduard's education includes completing the General Management Program at Harvard Business School and earning a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
