Nicole Skaluba serves as the Vice President of Talent and Culture at Prolaio since December 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Vice President of Talent and Culture at physIQ and Senior Vice President of Employee Services at Rise Interactive. At Rise Interactive, Nicole managed all aspects of employee services within a high-growth digital marketing agency. Prior experience includes directing human resources at PersonalizationMall.com, where Nicole developed a comprehensive recruitment process and managed compliance with various regulations, and leading human resources at Robert Morris University Illinois, significantly improving employee retention and workplace satisfaction. Nicole also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University. Nicole holds a Master's in Human Resource Management and Development from National Louis University and a Bachelor's in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Iowa.
