Abelardo Leal Castillo

Abelardo Leal Castillo is an experienced professional in production and quality management, currently serving as Gerente de Producción and Líder de Fábrica at Prolec Energy since October 2023. Previously held positions include Gerente de Producción y Manufactura and Gerente de Calidad y Mejora Continua at Graphic Packaging International, LLC (March 2022 - October 2023) and Líder de Manufactura at Prolec GE (October 2015 - March 2022). Abelardo has a strong background in process planning, daily production monitoring, team collaboration for improvement projects, and implementing methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing. With a degree in Ingeniería Mecatrónica from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, Abelardo also possesses experience in coordination of quality audits, analysis of corrective actions, and customer complaint management.
