Sandeep Arora has held various positions in the field of supply chain and operations management. Sandeep began their career at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited (formerly Crompton Greaves Limited) in Mumbai, India, where they served as the Head of Operations for Power Transformers. During their tenure, they successfully grew revenue from $60M to $140M and implemented Lean manufacturing practices to improve process development and manufacturing.

Arora then moved on to CG Power, USA, where they served as the Head of Operations, Supply Chain, and Projects for Medium Power Transformers. Here, they set up a state-of-the-art Greenfield facility and established a customer-centered organization through strategic management and workforce collaboration. Sandeep also developed and implemented the Global Supply Chain program function for the transformer business.

Afterward, Arora joined Schneider Electric, USA, as the Managing Director for the Transformers-INDIA region. Sandeep oversaw the operating budgets for all transformer plants in India and achieved a three-fold increase in revenue in just four years. Arora also played a key role in setting up a new Greenfield transformer facility and led a successful turnaround of a struggling operation.

Most recently, Arora served as the Vice President for Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Strategy at Prolec GE Waukesha. Though specific details of their role are not provided, it can be inferred that they leveraged their expertise in supply chain management and strategy to contribute to the company's success.

Sandeep Arora completed their 12th grade from St. Francis De Sales (SFS) College in Nagpur, INDIA from 1983 to 1985. Sandeep then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Power (Electrical) at VRCE/RKNEC, Nagpur University in Nagpur, INDIA from 1985 to 1989.
