Katya Jacobs

Katya Jacobs, MBA, currently serves as Executive Director at Proliance Surgeons, overseeing strategic growth and operational excellence for three care centers since April 2024. Previously, Katya was Regional Director of Operations at Sound Physicians from February 2019 to February 2024, managing operations for eight hospitalist and emergency medicine programs while ensuring compliance and fostering a patient-centered culture. As Director of Finance at Sound Physicians, Katya handled financial operations for over 80 programs with a total budget exceeding $500 million. Prior experience includes roles at DaVita Kidney Care, Revera Inc., Taymor Industries, and Scottish Water, focusing on financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis. Katya holds an MBA from UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Economics from The University of British Columbia.
