Jessica Chang

Jessica Chang possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across multiple sectors. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Covera Health, Jessica played a pivotal role in navigating candidates through the recruitment process within a fast-paced HealthTech startup. Prior to that, Jessica served as a Recruitment Specialist at TransPerfect, overseeing full-lifecycle recruitment for the US Production department and managing onboarding processes. Jessica also gained valuable experience in various roles at TransPerfect, including Development Specialist and Recruitment Administrator, highlighting versatility and adaptability. Earlier experiences include human resources internships at Ann Taylor and teaching assistant roles at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, complemented by foundational roles in customer service and education.
