Lily Paloma

Lily Paloma is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience in the biotechnology and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People at Prolific Machines since December 2024, Lily previously held the role of Director of HR Operations & Programs at Metagenomi, where responsibilities included executive business partnership and employee engagement in an agile startup environment. Earlier career highlights include serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Seer, where Lily led HR functions from inception to IPO, and establishing HR policies at Darktrace as the Manager of Human Resources & Operations for the Americas. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior from California State University - East Bay.
