Preeti Dua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and business process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Client Success at Prolifics since July 2021, where leadership in the healthcare vertical contributes to 16% of the company's North America revenue. Prior to this role, Preeti established and led Cigna's first Process Excellence & Business Process Engineering team, driving a $500M transformation project. With previous experience at United Healthcare supporting significant operational expense reductions, EmblemHealth where an award-winning project was delivered, and Infotech Global focusing on business development and technical sales for healthcare solutions, Preeti's expertise is further supported by an MBA in Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh and advanced degrees in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
