Karl Bullen

Karl Bullen is an experienced professional in manufacturing operations and leadership, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Prolight Diagnostics since October 2022. Bullen oversees the development and management of Psyros, a MedTech start-up focusing on innovative point of care technology. Prior to this role, Bullen held various positions at Recipharm, including Head of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain management. Bullen's career began at BAE Systems, progressing from an Assistant Production Engineer to a Production Project Leader, overseeing large-scale manufacturing portfolios. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Greenwich and a City & Guilds qualification from North West Kent College.
