Ann M Riley

Ann M Riley has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at ProLink Staffing, Ann previously held the position of Vice President of Total Rewards for Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., specifically for their Outdoor division, which was formerly MTD Products Inc. Ann's career also includes roles as Vice President and Director of Total Rewards at MTD Products, and Director of Compensation and Benefits at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center.
