Mary Hamilton MSN, RN, NE-BC is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Solutions at ProLink Staffing since April 2018. In this role, Mary focuses on developing and implementing custom workforce solutions for healthcare systems to enhance clinical staffing. Previously, Mary held the position of Director of Clinical Solutions, emphasizing clinical business development and operational excellence. Prior to joining ProLink, Mary worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where an impactful role included clinical leadership within the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute and Proton Therapy Center, recognized as the #1 Children's Cancer Program in the U.S. Mary's extensive nursing background in high-acuity pediatric care spans roles in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and as an Emergency Department Nurse Intern.
