Carla Dantas is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, banking, and capital markets law. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of the Legal Department at Prologis since February 2019, Carla has previously worked as an attorney at Goodman and spent two years at J.P. Morgan as a secondee in the capital markets area. Prior legal experience includes a seven-year tenure at Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados focusing on corporate and banking law. Carla holds a Master's degree in Law from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and has completed legal studies at both USP and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
