Karen Klepack

Karen Klepack serves as the Director of Global Energy Operations at Prologis since October 2023 and is currently a Planning Commissioner for the City of Costa Mesa. Prior to these roles, Karen accumulated significant experience at Southern California Edison (SCE) from September 2006 to October 2023, holding various positions including Senior Manager of Local Public Affairs Operations and Senior Manager of Building Electrification and Codes & Standards. Earlier in the career, Karen worked as a Senior Account Executive at Southern California Gas Company and as a Project Manager at Constructive Technologies Group. Karen holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Brandman University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
