Karl Swedlund

Karl Swedlund is a seasoned construction and development professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Director of Development at Prologis since August 2024, Karl previously held roles at Becknell Industrial, including AVP - Construction and Senior Project Manager, from October 2018 to August 2024.
