Patricia Berenguel Fernández

Patricia Berenguel Fernández is a seasoned professional in real estate and customer experience, currently serving as a Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager at Prologis since April 2024. Prior to this role, Patricia was the Directora de Desarrollo de Negocio at ZANDA REIM and worked as a Tenant Representation Consultant at JLL from January 2022 to June 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Real Estate Asset Manager and intern at Copernicus, as well as internships at Universidad CEU San Pablo and Livit Design. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Universidad CEU San Pablo and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at EAE Business School.
