Tom Martin

Tom Martin is an experienced professional in real estate development and asset management with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Development Manager at Prologis since 2013, Tom organizes and manages commercial land and building developments across the Western US. In addition, Tom has been a Principal at Embarcadero Real Property Services since 2008, offering a range of services including asset management and project management for corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
