Zachary Vorwaller

Zachary Vorwaller is the current Director of Technology and a founding member of PrologMobile. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cherwell Software from December 2017 to January 2020. There, they worked on both web and rich client applications for hundreds of clients with both on-premise and hosted environments. Zachary was also the Scrum Master, running Sprint meetings including Stand-ups, Planning, Grooming and Retros.

Before Cherwell Software, Vorwaller worked at UASecure as well as Diamond Wire Material Technologies. Zachary was the Software Engineering Automation and Controls Manager at Diamond Wire Material Technologies from March 2011 to November 2017. There, they managed a team responsible for the software development, machine automation and systems integration for DMT. Some of their notable accomplishments include automation of the manufacturing equipment which enabled the company to maintain 24/7 Manufacturing but go to 12/7 staffing, automated analysis of production manufacturing to identify and remove defective wire from product line, avoiding contamination of materials, reduction of human supervision and intervention of manufacturing tools, doubling the productivity of operators, automated manufacturing processes through the integration of systems such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), metrology equipment, SharePoint and custom .NET systems, implementation of barcoding to improve process efficiency and accuracy, building a customizable graphical reporting web application for production tools allowing for the display and summary of all KPIs of production metrics, automated monitoring and alert system capable of handling high load for 80 tools based on configurable KPI parameters each having control and specification limits, automated unloading of tools based

Zachary Vorwaller has a bachelors in Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado. In 2018, they received certification from Microsoft in MTA: Software Development Fundamentals.
