Ashley Lang, DNP, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional currently serving as the Clinical Programs Manager for Primary and Preventive Care at Intermountain Health since April 2022. In this role, Ashley ensures the establishment and implementation of evidence-based clinical care standards across the system. Ashley has previously held positions as a Senior Advisor and Regional Leader of Nursing Workforce Optimization, providing strategic guidance and oversight on nursing workforce practices. Prior experience includes leadership roles at SCL Health and clinical positions at Mayo Clinic, where Ashley contributed as a Telemedicine ICU Nurse and a Critical Care Registered Nurse. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nursing Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University. Recognized for exceptional contributions, Ashley received the Mayo Clinic Individual Achievement Award in 2017 and completed the Nursing Leadership Perspectives Program in 2018.
