Jeff Ondeck

Jeff Ondeck currently serves as the Interim Director of Workforce Strategy & Talent at Dartmouth Health since April 2021 and is the President of Prolucent Health since January 2020. Prior to these roles, Jeff Ondeck founded and led LiquidCompass from 2012 until its acquisition by Prolucent Health in January 2020. Jeff Ondeck also held the position of Strategic Advisor at The Advisory Board Company, contributing to key strategic initiatives from 2011 to 2012, and founded the Workforce Management business unit at Broadlane, which was sold to MedAssets Inc. in 2010. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, participation in an MBA International Exchange Program at London Business School, and a B.S. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
