Jess Hartmann

Jess Hartmann has over 30 years of experience in the technology and media industries. In 1990, they began their career as the Director of IT at Jenny Craig. Jess then moved to New Horizons Computer Learning Centers as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2000. In 2004, they were hired as the Chief Executive Officer of ISD Corporation, a privately held software company specializing in large-scale enterprise case management systems for courts and probation departments. During their tenure, they increased positive client references to 60+%. In 2007, they became the President of Mortgage Coach (Wow Tools). In 2008, they purchased ProMAX Systems and grew sales from $2 million to $10 million in just 4 years during a deep recession. Jess has since transformed the company from a value-added reseller (VAR) to a manufacturer of advanced shared storage appliances. Since 2017, they have been the Vistage Chair and CEO Peer Advisory Group Leader, providing support, advice, and feedback for growth-focused CEOs.

Jess Hartmann attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
