Pernilla Holmström has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer relationship management (CRM) and sales effectiveness. Pernilla is currently working as a Commercial Excellence Consultant at ProMeasure Consulting since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a CRM Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb from November 2020 to June 2021, where they were responsible for system ownership and driving the evolution of CRM initiatives in the Nordics.

Before their role at Bristol Myers Squibb, Pernilla worked at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) as a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager from May 2016 to November 2020. In this role, they had global system responsibility for the Sobi Veeva CRM solution and customer data processes. Pernilla also worked closely with Business Operations to develop processes and requirements for CRM, and played a key role in developing tools for quantitative analysis and expanding relevant KPIs.

Prior to Sobi, Pernilla worked at IMS Health as a Key Account Manager from September 2015 to April 2016, where they had client responsibility for various pharmaceutical companies in the Nordics. Pernilla'swork at IMS Health involved commercial activities, sales, and marketing research. Before becoming a Key Account Manager, Pernilla served as an Account Manager at IMS Health from April 2015 to September 2015.

Pernilla also has experience working at Cegedim Relationship Management, where they held multiple roles from 2006 to 2015. This included positions such as Account Manager, Support Specialist, and Database Operator. Pernilla'sresponsibilities at Cegedim Relationship Management included CRM and database management, sales, training, project management, and analytics.

Additionally, Pernilla worked at Schering-Plough as a Helpdesk/Trainer from October 2006 to April 2009, and at Systembolaget as a Provrumsassistent from 2005 to 2006.

Pernilla also holds certifications in Veeva CRM Certified Admin and Veeva Network Certified Admin, which were obtained in 2016 from Veeva Systems.
