Mateusz Gryka

Mateusz Gryka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and project management, currently serving as the Production Unit Development Manager at Promeco Group Oy since March 2014. Prior roles include Sales Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Junior Project Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Mateusz worked as a Process Engineer at Laguna Sp zoo SKA, focusing on improving production processes through Lean methodologies and quality control. Earlier experience includes an internship in project management at Bank BPH, engaging in project documentation and stakeholder analysis, and a role as Vice Chairman of Young Crew Poland Board. Mateusz holds a Master of Science in Production Systems Management and an Engineer degree in Production Systems Engineering, both from Gdańsk University of Technology.
