Matt Gilson currently serves as a Senior Scientist at ProMed Molded Products since April 2019, bringing significant expertise in scientific analysis. Previously, Matt worked as a Chemist 1 at Pace Analytical from October 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included confirming the quality of pharmaceutical grade raw materials and executing various analytical techniques while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Prior to that, Matt gained experience as a Lab Technician at Aveda from November 2014 to October 2016, focusing on quality assurance through chemical testing of raw materials and products. Matt holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Genetics Cell Biology and Development and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2007 and 2019.
