Arthur Brown

Arthur Brown has extensive experience in records management and digital imaging, currently serving as a Courier at ProMedica since April 2022 and as a Freelance Photographer for FotoFetch since December 2021. Previously, Arthur worked as a Records Management Officer for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) from August 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing physical and electronic records for the Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine and developing records management policy for the mission. Earlier roles include Branch Chief of Digitization Services at the National Archives and Records Administration, Senior Cultural Heritage Imaging Specialist at The Crowley Company, and Digital Imaging Manager at Octavo Corporation. Arthur holds a BA in Small Business Administration from The University of Toledo and completed a College Prep program at Whitmer High School.
