Becca McKnight

Becca McKnight has over 13 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee development, currently serving as the Manager of the Emotional & Social Intelligence Program and Integrative Employee Development Partner at Promega Corporation since March 2010. In this role, Becca focuses on fostering a company culture that aligns organizational success with individual self-actualization. Prior to Promega, Becca worked as a Recruiter at Epic from July 2007 to February 2010, where responsibilities included recruiting for various roles, marketing open positions, managing large-scale sourcing projects, and conducting interviews, resulting in the hiring of over 200 employees. Becca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Dance from the University of Iowa in 2007.
