Uriel Báez Polanco

Uriel Báez Polanco is an experienced IT professional currently serving as TI Services Manager at Banco Promerica de la República Dominicana since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading critical areas such as technical support, service desk, databases, networks, servers, infrastructure, and IT operations to ensure system availability and performance. Prior experience includes serving as Infrastructure Manager at Grupo Propagas from December 2013 to June 2023, overseeing project execution and managing central computer systems to maintain system integrity and performance. Uriel also held roles as System Administrator and Communications Officer at Banco del Progreso from October 2007 to December 2013, focusing on server administration and network support. Uriel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telematics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and a Master’s degree in Management and Productivity from Universidad APEC.
