Biannis Arias

Biannis Arias, LMSW-SIFI, serves as the Program Director of Clinical Services at Acacia Network's Carlos Pagan Recovery Center since June 2022. In addition, Biannis holds the position of Program Director of Jail Based Services & Programs at Rikers Island. As a Psychotherapist in private practice since September 2021, Biannis has also worked as a Clinician for Children’s Health Home at Good Shepherd Services and has experience as a Psychotherapist with Mental Health Providers of Western Queens, Inc. Previous roles include Social Work Care Coordinator at Visiting Nurse Service of New York and Social Worker at Independence Care System. Biannis's earlier experience encompasses positions as an ABA Therapist, Health Homes Care Manager, and various internships in social work. Education includes a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College.
