Justin Cha

Justin Cha has a strong background in global sourcing and supply chain management. JUSTIN is currently the GM of Promethean Technology Shenzhen Limited and VP of Strategic Sourcing at Promethean since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Salcomp Plc for almost 9 years, where they held the role of Vice President Of Global Sourcing. Their responsibilities included price negotiation, capacity planning, and quality control. JUSTIN has also worked as a Sourcing Director at Pegatron from 2008 to 2011 and as a PMC Manager at MSI - Micro-star International CO., Ltd. from 2006 to 2007. Justin's earlier experiences include working as a Supply Chain and Operation Director at Samlam Technology from 2003 to 2006 and as a Sourcing Specialist at Quanta Computer Inc. from 1999 to 2003.

Justin Cha has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. JUSTIN also has an EMBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fudan University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Tamkang University, graduating from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their academic degrees, Justin Cha has also completed the Salcomp Lean Transformation certification.
