Nicole Lipton

Nicole Lipton, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of HRBP at Promethean since March 2022. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, notable roles include Human Resources Director at Delta Dental of Washington, where a comprehensive culture assessment led to a successful 3-year HR Talent Strategy and the company being recognized among the Top Ten Best Companies in Washington State for four consecutive years. Previous positions include Director of Talent Development at Outerwall, Leadership Development Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company, and various leadership roles at Microsoft Corporation, where significant contributions to high-potential development and learning programs were made. Early career experience includes training management roles at Entirenet and Oracle Corporation. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Psychology from Antioch University.
