Rosemarie Fanelli, JD, MBA, MS

Rosemarie Fanelli, JD, MBA, MS has extensive experience in the field of regulation, with roles spanning from 1987 to the present. Rosemarie began their career in 1987 as a Surveillance Director- Member Regulation at the NYSE. In 2007, they moved to FINRA, where they held the roles of Senior Advisor - Member Supervision, Senior Director/Deputy Unit Leader - Member Supervision, and Surveillance Director. Most recently, in 2021, they assumed the role of Chief Regulatory Officer at Prometheum.

Rosemarie Fanelli, JD, MBA, MS has a diverse educational background. Rosemarie obtained their Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2022, Cum Laude. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business in 2015. Rosemarie also holds a Master of Business Administration from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, which they obtained in 1992. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Information Systems (Double Major) from Manhattan College in 1987, Cum Laude. Rosemarie also completed Executive Leadership courses at The Wharton School. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from FINRA, a Series 7 in 2021 and a Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal in 2019.
