Kirsten Traylor

Kirsten Traylor has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kirsten began their career in the US Army as a PFC MP from 1999 to 2002. Kirsten then transitioned to the real estate industry, starting as a Marketing Associate at UDR in 2004. Over the next few years, they held various roles at UDR, including Assistant Community Director, Community Director, Senior Community Director, and District Manager. Kirsten joined Riverstone Residential Group as a Property Manager in 2013 before moving to Greystar as a Regional Manager in 2015. At Greystar, they were responsible for developing and implementing action plans to achieve operational and financial goals for the portfolio. In 2016, they joined AMC as a Regional Property Manager. Most recently, Kirsten has been working at Prometheus Real Estate Group, first as a Portfolio Manager from 2017 to 2021, and currently as the Director of Operation Services and Auditing.

Kirsten Traylor holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Kaplan University. Prior to attending Kaplan University, Kirsten attended Foothill College from 2004 to 2006, although the degree name and field of study are not specified for this period. Kirsten later returned to Kaplan University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
