Junior Graphic Designer at Prometheus Federal Services

Valerie Blakeslee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2015 to 2019, Valerie worked as a Graphic Designer for Swarthmore College, where they designed and conducted political science research projects, performed statistical analyses using RStudio, and created graphic representations of data. Valerie also served as the Co-President of the Kizuna (Japanese Cultural Club) and was a member of the Culture and Identity Appreciation Week Planning Committee. In 2020, Valerie worked as an Intern Program Specialist at ICATT Consulting, Inc. and as a Patient Care Coordinator at B-Town Eyecare. In 2021, they worked as a Deputy Field Director at WinPower Strategies and as a Grocery Clerk at Fred Meyer. Valerie'smost recent role is as a Freelance Graphic Designer, which they started in 2019. Additionally, Valerie's future position as a Junior Graphic Designer at Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is set to begin in November 2022.

Valerie Blakeslee attended Swarthmore College from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. In 2018, they also participated in a program at IES Abroad. Additionally, Valerie holds certifications in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera, obtained in May 2020, and InDesign CC 2019 Essential Training from Lynda.com, obtained in November 2019.
