Gregory Marus

Gregory Marus has a diverse range of work experience in engineering and management roles. Gregory currently works at Prometheus as the Director of Engineering, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ADVANO, where they served as the Director of Manufacturing from August 2020 to February 2022, and as an Operations Manager from April 2019 to August 2020. Before ADVANO, Gregory was an Engineer IV at W. R. Grace & Co. from 2018 to 2019, and they had various roles at Albemarle Corporation from 2012 to 2018, including Process Specialist and Sr. Process Development Engineer. Their early career included a research position at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they worked as a Graduate Researcher from 2007 to 2011, focusing on Green Chemistry & Engineering. Gregory also had an internship/co-op experience at Kiara Networks, Inc. in 2004 and was an Undergraduate Researcher at Advanced Materials Labs in 2007.

Gregory Marus earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of New Mexico from 2003 to 2007. Gregory then pursued further education and obtained a Ph.D. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2012.
