Liem Dam-Quang

Liem Dam-Quang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2014, they began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Concordia University, where they conducted independent research on green chitosan production. They also worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Structural and Functional Genomics, focusing on the characterization of fungal enzymes.

In 2017, Dam-Quang joined the Omanovic Electrochemistry & Corrosion Laboratory as a Research Assistant, conducting experiments on catalysts for hydrogen water splitting. They also prepared reports using NOVA and Excel.

In 2018, Dam-Quang worked as a Product Development Intern at Talara Bio Inc., contributing to the research and development of a deposition process for lateral flow test strips.

In 2019, Dam-Quang joined SpaceRyde, initially as a Propulsion Specialist, responsible for ensuring the proper flow of fluids from one point to another. They later became a Flight Systems Lead, where they led a team and estimated the time required for fluid movement.

Liem Dam-Quang pursued their education with dedication, starting at Vanier College in 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they completed their DCS degree in Honours Pure & Applied Science. Building upon this foundation, they then enrolled at McGill University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from 2015 to 2019. Through their academic journey, Liem Dam-Quang showcased their passion for science and engineering, honing their skills in the field of Chemical Engineering.
