Michelle Odum

Michelle Odum currently serves as the Director of Client Success at Prometric, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle spent over eight years at GP Strategies Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Director of Managed Learning Operations, Director of Managed Learning Operations, Operations Manager, and Account Manager. Michelle's career began at SSDC, working as a National Account Executive for a decade. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Central Michigan University, which was obtained between 1992 and 1996.
