Sally Filling

Sally Filling is the Vice President of Channel Management at Prometric. Sally has over 25 years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles with a focus on process optimization, cost reduction, customer experience and operational excellence.

Sally started their career in sales at Bentley Systems, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become Industry Sales Director for Geospatial and Plant accounts. In this role, they were responsible for leading the regional sales organization and formulating and guiding the regional sales/marketing programs, product offering strategies and business development actions across multiple industries.

In 2013, Sally left Bentley Systems to join DuraBante, LLC as Director of Operations / Principal Analyst. In this role, they led the full project cycle for projects focused on process optimization, cost reduction, customer experience and operational excellence for the Veterans Administration (VA), Department of Defense (DOD) and utility companies. Sally also provided leadership to team members, including goal setting, career mentoring, ensuring utilization, and completing the appraisal process.

Sally’s work at DuraBante was so impactful that they were recruited by Prometric in October 2014 to serve as their Vice President of Channel Management. In this role, Sally is responsible for leading the company’s channel management strategy and executing on initiatives to drive growth and profitability. Under their leadership, Prometric has seen increased market share, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Sally Filling has a MBA in Business Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, a B.S. in Natural Resource Economics from University of Vermont, and a degree in Economics from Boston College. Sally has also received certification from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in Innovative Leadership Program and from eCornell in Leadership.

They work with Denise Howze - Director Global Site Recruitment, Derek Trott - Director Global Capacity Planning & Analysis, and Jerry Young - VP Channel Management EMEA & APAC. Sally Filling reports to James Lee, SVP of Candidate Operations.
