Lady Militante has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Lady started their career as a Clinic Supervisor at Saint Mary's Medical Group, where they managed personnel and ensured the smooth functioning of various departments. Lady then moved on to InnovateUMD, where they worked as a Practice Management and Consulting Specialist, providing expertise and guidance for improvement programs. Lady later joined Prominence Health Plans as a Performance Improvement Coordinator, supporting the implementation of risk adjustment and quality improvement programs. Currently, they are with Prominence Health as an Associate Director, leading a team in scheduling health assessments and overseeing the implementation of incentive programs. Lady has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills throughout their career.
Lady Militante attended the Philippine School of Business Administration from 1999 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Management.
