Amy McAlpine has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Amy began their career at Community Support Advocates in 2010, where they served as a Quality Assurance Manager until 2015. In 2014, they joined Promise Community Health Center, starting as an Executive Assistant and later transitioning to the role of Data & Compliance Specialist. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Director of Quality & Program Development. Currently, Amy is the Chief Operating Officer at Promise Community Health Center.
Amy McAlpine obtained their Bachelor's degree from Central College in 2009. Amy'sdegree focused on Linguistics, International Studies, with a minor in Spanish.

Promise Community Health Center opened in Sioux Center in 2008 and operates as the only Federally Qualified Health Center serving the far northwest corner of Iowa. Promise offers medical care, prenatal care, behavioral healthcare, population health care as well as dental and vision care. Promise also offers nurse health coaching, clinical pharmacy and affordable medications, lab services and immunizations, interpretation and translation, and various other services. Promise’s outreach staff will assist you with filling out complex paperwork, help arrange for transportation or interpret for you. We help you overcome whatever barriers you may face to health care. In the future, Promise will constantly adapt to meet your health-care needs because we understand that the services you need today might not be what you need tomorrow. That’s our promise to you!
