Carole Smith

Carole Smith, NHA, has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle and Director of CBO at Promise Healthcare, Inc. since July 2016. Previously, Carole held the position of Nursing Home Administrator at Manor Pines Nursing & Convalescent Center from February to December 2015, overseeing compliance and managing a 250-person team. Prior to that, Carole was the Business Office Manager at Hampton Court Nursing Center, directing billing and collections for a 120-bed facility, and spent over two decades at Whitehall Boca Raton, where responsibilities included managing business activities and directing finance and political affairs for the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Carole's educational background includes attendance at Northern Illinois University.
