Zach Phillis

Zach Phillis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and policy innovation. As a Senior Program Manager at Promise Project since March 2020, Zach successfully led fundraising initiatives that achieved over 50% growth in four years, while developing programs aimed at enhancing detection of reading disabilities and supporting vulnerable families.
