Gwenn Swift

Gwenn Swift has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gwenn has recently been working as the Corporate Director of Family Services at Promises Behavioral Health since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions starting in September 2022.

Gwenn has also worked as a Family Specialist at Recovery Centers of America from August 2021 to April 2023. Gwenn was previously a Research Interviewer at Drexel University AgeWell Collaboratory between June 2021 and February 2022.

Gwenn gained experience as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at Recovery Centers of America from June 2020 to June 2021. Gwenn also served as a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern at Drexel University Individual, Couple and Family Therapy Services from September 2019 to June 2020.

Before transitioning to the healthcare field, Gwenn held positions in the hospitality and retail sectors. Gwenn worked as a Floor Supervisor at dosa by DOSA from November 2017 to August 2019. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Instructor at FIVE STAR EQUESTRIAN, LLC from March 2016 to August 2019.

Gwenn also gained retail experience as an Assistant at WEBS - America's Yarn Store from July 2012 to June 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from September 2014 to May 2015.

Gwenn Swift has a comprehensive education history. Gwenn began their academic journey in 2011 at Wheaton College Massachusetts, where they studied Psychology and Spanish. Gwenn then transferred to the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2013 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish in 2015.

In 2019, Gwenn enrolled at Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions to pursue further studies in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling. Gwenn successfully obtained a Master's Degree in this field from Drexel University in 2021. Gwenn's commitment to their field of interest continued, leading their to pursue a Doctorate in Couple and Family Therapy at Drexel University. Gwenn is expected to complete their Doctorate program in Couple and Family Therapy in 2024.

Throughout their educational journey, Gwenn has shown a consistent dedication to the field of Psychology, Spanish, and Marriage and Family Therapy.
