Bianca Cardenas possesses extensive experience in youth advocacy and counseling, currently serving as a TBS Coach at New Alternatives, Inc. since July 2017 and as a Youth Advocate for Promises2Kids at the Polinsky Children's Center since June 2017. Previously, Bianca worked as a Student Worker in the Intake and Investigation Unit of the Juvenile Probation Department from May 2016 to July 2017, contributing to the Diversion Department processes. Bianca holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Counseling and Trauma Informed Care from San Diego State University (2017-2018) and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the same institution (2013-2017).
