Chris Romano is a Salesforce Administrator at Promises2Kids, responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive Salesforce instance, along with providing support and training for over 50 end-users since January 2022. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Web Developer at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology, managing the institute’s website and contributing to public health communications. In earlier positions, Chris worked as a Technical Support Specialist II, delivering support and training to over 500 staff members, and held various roles in sales and technical support at MarketStar, Sprint, and Best Buy. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from National University, earned between 2015 and 2018.
