Rashida Elimu

Rashida Elimu currently serves as the Director of Programs and Guardian Scholars Supervisor at Promises2Kids, overseeing a program that supports over 125 foster youth in their educational pursuits. With a background as the Guardian Scholars Program Coordinator, Rashida has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills to enhance resources and programming for current and former foster youth. Prior to joining Promises2Kids, Rashida worked as a Program Coordinator and Program Specialist at Harmonium, Inc. Rashida holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from San Diego State University.
