Jyoti was responsible for developing and managing the queue management system for online and walk-in appointments in the clinic per doctor.

Jyoti also has a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Science from Sadhu Vaswani Mission's St. Mira College for Girls Arts & Commerce, Koregaon Park, Pune 1.
