Sonika Sachdeva

Sonika Sachdeva is the current Lead of Talent Acquisition at ProMobi Technologies. Sonika has over a decade of experience working in various HR roles with both Indian and multinational companies.

Sonika began their career in 2007 as an Associate Consultant with Merrill Lynch. In this role, they were responsible for providing support to the firm's clients in the areas of financial analysis, project management, and process improvement. After a year in this role, they transitioned to Tech Mahindra Ltd, where they spent the next 11 years working their way up to Service Delivery Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to clients British Telecom (BT) and AT&T. This included managing contracts, networks, and budgets, as well as leading a team of service delivery professionals.

In 2019, Sonika left Tech Mahindra to join ProMobi Technologies as their Lead of Talent Acquisition. In this role, they are responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization. Sonika has used their extensive experience in the HR field to build a strong talent acquisition team that has helped ProMobi Technologies grow significantly over the past two years.

Sonika Sachdeva has a Master's degree in computers from Maharshi Dayanand University. Sonika also has certification from CETPA Infotech Pvt. ltd. in Cloud -AWS, ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in ITIL and Project Management Institute in PMP.

Some direct reports include Daxina Dighe - Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Krishnapriya Nilayapalem - Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Rahul Muley - Talent Acquisition Trainee. They are on a team with Sankalp Sahu - Lead UI/UX Designer, Ravinder Singh Rana - VP, Engineering, and Divyank Saste - Regional Sales Manager. Their manager is Harishanker Kannan, Co-founder & CEO.
