Sunny Rai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Customer Success at ProMobi Technologies since June 2022, Sunny manages a diverse portfolio of over 400 enterprise and mid-market accounts worth $1.4M across Europe, focusing on customer satisfaction and growth. Previously, Sunny held the role of Sales Specialist, generating new revenue through inbound leads in the SAARC, EU, and Africa regions. Prior experience includes positions as a Management Trainee in Sales and a Sales Intern at Hafele India Private Limited, where responsibilities included sales growth through channel partner management and identifying growth opportunities in the Delhi NCR region.
