Brent Delehey, CFA has extensive experience in the financial industry. Brent began their career in 1997 as the CEO of Thomson Reuters / FirstCall Corporation, where they were responsible for strategic direction, operations, and M&A activity. During their tenure, they successfully grew First Call to a 550 employee, $140 million revenue generating $66 million operating income. In 2000, Brent founded Business Data Exchange (BD-X), a real-time financial information company. Brent conceived, designed, and marketed the first real-time corporate transcript and corporate modeling service, and sold BD-X to CCBN. From 2013 to 2014, Brent was a Professor of Economics and Entrepreneurship at Middlesex Community College. During this time, they also served as the President of TIM, An Acuris Company. In 2014, Brent joined GrandBanks Capital as an Entrepreneur in Residence. Most recently, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of Promoboxx since 2019.

Brent Delehey, CFA has an education background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College from 1983 to 1987, and a Master of Business Administration with a Finance and Accounting Concentration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1991 to 1993. Brent also holds certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians obtained in October 2018, as well as Series exams 6, 7, 22, 23, 63 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) obtained in June 1988, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
