Marvin Soriano

Marvin Soriano has several years of work experience in the field of IT and software development. Marvin started their career as a Trainee Systems Administrator at Sunny Delight Beverages Co. in 2010, where they gained experience in Windows Server administration and helpdesk support. In 2011, they became a Freelancer IT Manager, focusing on implementing and managing IT systems for small and medium-sized enterprises. Marvin also developed web projects using PHP, HTML5, MySQL, and other technologies. In 2014, Marvin joined HALLOTEX S.L. as a Full Stack Developer, working on various projects until 2018. Most recently, they have been working as a Backend Engineer at PromoFarma by DocMorris since 2019.

Marvin Soriano's education history begins with their completion of a Master's degree in High Performance Web Development from La Salle BCN, which they attended from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Computer Science Degree from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 2011 and 2015, with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. Before their university studies, they obtained a Technician degree in IT Systems Administration from IES Thos i Codina, which they pursued from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Marvin Soriano has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from APMG International. Marvin is also a member of COETIC, having obtained membership in July 2015. Further, they hold a Trinity College ESOL GESE Level 9 (CEFR B2.3) certification, awarded by Trinity College London in April 2003.
