Matthew Prail

Matthew Prail, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at PIM Brands, Inc. and previously held the same position at The Golden Touch Group. Matthew has also worked as Vice President of Human Resources and held various roles at Columbia University, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Mars, where responsibilities included organizational effectiveness and senior HR business partnership. Matthew earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Cornell University ILR School and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
